Festival Accommodation

I have been dealing with Edinburgh Room Rentals since last September - trying to organise a booking for nearly 80 students and adults for the first week of this year's Fringe. It was not easy for them! Our party size has changed a number of times since our original contact. Throughout our dealings they have been nothing but professional and very accommodating (no pun intended) to our needs. Communication has been excellent and prompt and when our original booking faltered (through no fault of Edinburgh Room Rentals), they were able to sort us out with an excellent alternative. Not at all pushy but always listening to our needs and trying to sort out problems and answer our queries swiftly. I have found them to be an excellent agency to deal with and would be more than happy to approach them again, should the need arise.

I found Edinburgh Room Rentals Ltd to be the best and most efficient way of sorting out a room in Edinburgh, especially during the intensely busy festival period.

The title says it all. We needed something suitable that fit our criteria fast, and they not only delivered but delivered in a friendly, understand and efficient manner. Made the whole stressful process much easier. Would use again.

Really helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They have been flexible especially as the dates are not confirmed. Would certainly use them again - in fact wouldn't go anywhere else!

The booking process went well. Much easier than air BnB and better value when comparing similar locations at busy Fringe time. Email enquiries always answered very promptly and couteously. I have not yet started my trip so I cant review accomodation itself yet.
