There is a range of room types available at Sugarhouse Close. In a shared apartment (3/4/5/10 beds) you'll have your own en-suite bathroom, study space and loads of storage space, you will then share the kitchen/lounge area with the rest of the apartment. There are also private 2-bed apartments available that have the exact same facilities, with the exception of the bathroom which you share. Studio apartments offer wonderful independent living where you have your own private facilities throughout.

The common room and courtyard offer great places to meet new people and chill out with your mates, or perhaps do a quick rehearsal before a show! The common room is the base for property events, pool tournaments and is the ideal place to watch TV on the big screen!

The property has 24-hour security cover and on-site customer service and maintenance teams are on hand if you need them. For Festival and leisure groups, weekly/monthly rates include Wi-Fi, hotel bed linen and kitchen equipment.
