BRAND NEW FOR 2018....Ideally situated in the heart of the city centre, this brand new property is only a short walk from the Pleasance and many other Festival venues! The apartment benefits from being close to the stunning Arthur’s seat and historic Royal Mile, right in the heart of Edinburgh city centre.
Festival goers have a great selection to choose from, including a fantastic range of modern and bright en-suite rooms as part of a 5 or 6 bed apartment or a private studio if you a fancy something more private! All the rooms offer a comfy small double bed, spacious study area and plenty of storage space for all your things!
After a long day at the shows, come back to the apartment and catch up with your friends in the common area. If you feel like exercising a bit, pop along for a quick workout at the on-site gym, which is available exclusively to residents. All rooms share a living room and communal kitchen with cooking utensils, plates and glassware. Bedding and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis for long stay guests, additional changes are charged at a nominal fee.
If you have some work to do, escape to one of the study areas or use your generous sized desk study area in your room. Take advantage of the all inclusive Wi-Fi and the fast speed broadband to make this the ideal pad for the Festival!

Edinburgh is a city that begs to be explored. From the vaults and wynds (narrow lanes) that riddle the Old Town to the urban villages of Stockbridge and Cramond, it's filled with quirky, come-hither nooks that tempt you to walk just a little bit further.
