Choosing a student home is never easy! Once you’ve got a preference for a location, browse the student properties available in the area and find one that suits you. City Room Rentals often advertise a range of rooms that that are on promotional offer, or perhaps you’re looking during the clearing process for a last minute option? The property pages explain it all, including the tenancy lengths, cost and if the room is available.
Once you’ve made your pick, click the request to book button beside your favourite room and complete your details. Don’t worry, no payment details are needed at this stage and there is no Commitment to take the room.
Once we receive your request, City Room Rentals will allocate you a personal student accommodation advisor who has expert knowledge of your city and will be your point of contact. We’ll always be in contact quickly to save you waiting and will confirm details such as budget, room choice and tenancy. The team can also answer any questions you may have and we’ll get the booking confirmed once you’re happy!
To secure your room, you’ll need to pay your Booking Fee to the relevant accommodation. We’ll be on hand to help you through the process with the student accommodation provider and you’ll receive a copy of your signed tenancy.
After booking confirmation, you will receive your tenancy agreement in the post and electronically, typically within 5 working days. Your personal student accommodation advisor will go through this with you and explain how to sign and where to return to.
