BRAND NEW FOR 2017....Salisbury Court is in an ideal location for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival amidst the popular student hub of Edinburgh. The University of Edinburgh campus is just a short walk away from the property, and so are all the major bus routes. Many of the rooms have amazing views of Arthur’s seat, in Holyrood Park, as well as being close to the historic Royal Mile.

The apartments offer a perfect home for student life or for exploring the city on a short break during the International Fringe Festival.
The bright and airy rooms each have a small double bed (3/4), desk, wardrobe and private bathroom with a shared lounge area with the remaining flat. The lounge and kitchen area also has fully integrated appliances and equipment which is perfect for self-catering. The compact kitchens have an oven, microwave and refrigerator, and there is also a large common area including TV. Other notable features include tiered seating and vending facilities as well as a large landscaped quad with tiered amphitheatre, benches and BBQ.
For Festival short term use, the apartments sleep from 1 to 20 persons in each apartment. Choose from 8 bed, 9 bed and 10 bed apartments, along with Private Studios in this well located ‘aparthotel’ style accommodation. Rooms are suitable for single or double occupancy, which are approx. 13m2 in size and have a small double bed (i.e. 4 ft. width), an en-suite shower room, desk drawers and wardrobe. These en-suite apartments also have the exclusive use of a fully equipped shared kitchen and living area. Private Studios have their own private Kitchenette.

Edinburgh is a city that begs to be explored.
